Lon Update - HELP WANTED: Painting & Carpets
The Vinings have found a house, praise God!  They’ll need our help in a few ways to make the move as easy as possible.  We will be organizing two work groups to clean and paint their house - Katie Guillemette will be heading up this process.  Contact her at katie@impactchurch.ca if you’d like to help (dates are yet to be decided) - THERE WILL BE PIZZA!

Coffee Table Discussions

The topic we are dealing with next has to do with the roles of the different sexes and what the Bible has to say. Is it all merely cultural and a result from a “repressive patriarchal religion”? Or are there principals and roles that should continue to be looked into and placed into practice?

Montreal Jazz Festival Outreach Project (Message from Jeremy Jackson)
I want to get an outreach project going during the Jazz Festival on
Friday, June 29th, and possibly again some time the next week.  I want
to get set up on a busy corner with a djembe and guitar playing and
people worshipping, then have people handing out free lemonade and
tracts and talking with people.  And if a big enough group gathers, I’d
like to give a message.  We will need a team of at least five people. 
It would involve some prep work for everyone involved and most of the
day that day as we will spend a few hours in prayer before hand.
